The high sides distribute heat evenly. The earthen surface deepens with every use, keeping a record of every meal. The more you use it, the better it gets.
When Redondo’s not in the kitchen, we love it as a centerpiece – piled with lemons, winter squash, whatever the season provides.
Story
Greda pottery is shaped by hand using local Chilean clay and finished using a centuries-old smoking process that gives the surface its deep, burnished black tone. A smooth river stone polishes each piece to a subtle sheen, bringing quiet elegance to wherever it lands.
