DISCOVERY

Every project begins with a deep-dive conversation about how you actually live. We explore your vision, your routines, your aesthetic instincts, and your goals for the space — whether you're building a custom home from the ground up, undertaking a whole-home renovation, or adding a thoughtfully designed addition. This is where we listen more than we talk.
SITE VISIT & ANALYSIS

Before a single line gets drawn, we visit your site. We study the topography, the orientation of the sun, the movement of natural light throughout the day, the sounds of the surrounding landscape, and the natural amenities that make your property unique. This analysis directly shapes the architecture — because in biophilic residential design, the land informs the building, not the other way around.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN

We translate everything we've learned into a schematic design: the spatial layout, massing, flow, and preliminary material direction. This phase establishes the bones of your home and ensures the design is aligned with your vision before we go deeper. You'll see how the space breathes before it's ever built.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & PERMIT SET

We refine the schematic into a complete, construction-ready design package. This includes detailed drawings, material specifications, and all documentation required for permitting. We navigate the permitting process on your behalf — keeping the project moving and protecting your timeline.
INTERIOR DESIGN

We treat interior design as an integral part of the architectural story. It directly shapes the experience of people in the space. It should respond to the structure and its outside environment. We design custom interiors that extend the spatial and material logic of the building inward: lighting, finishes, furniture, textiles, and curated home goods from our own artisan shop. The result is a cohesive, fully considered environment, inside and out.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COMPLETION

We stay on site and on call through construction and installation. As your project manager, we coordinate with contractors, monitor quality, and make sure the built work honors the designed work. You have one point of contact from concept through completion — and someone who cares as much about the finished home as you do.
