The single-story, three-bedroom residence is surrounded by eucalyptus forest and native flora. The main space is an open layout, connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The design also features a pool house, covered patio, and rooftop deck.

Natural materials and a restrained modern language invite nature into the home's interiors. Wood screens are a biophilic element that filter sunlight, casting soft dappled shadows into the home's transitional areas. Large windows frame ocean views from every bedroom, and deep overhangs provide protection from the intense summer sun. A generous exterior deck extends the living space outward, creating an idyllic setting for gathering, resting, and stargazing.
